Christ's Church of Prescott Valley is fully committed to seeing the Gospel spread throughout our community, our nation and around the world. We'll be posting more information in the near future about the various missions we currently support.
This month, we introduce you to one of the Mission Ministries that we, as a church,
gladly support with a portion of the tithes and offerings received each month.
Crossroads Mission (located in Nogales, Arizona) provides faith-based facilities for people in need, emergency shelter for people who are homeless, and domestic violence shelter for women and their children. This is the only homeless shelter in South Central Arizona offering several transformative programs for adults, special holiday dinners for families of the community throughout the year, and a 6-month substance abuse recovery program. They also provide lunch during the week for anyone in need, in addition to daily church services and Bible clubs for children.
A portion of your tithes and offerings help to fund this mission, which is one of three global missions we support. Visit the Crossroads Mission website for additional information and to see the many ways in which our support funds are being utilized to glorify our Lord.
Hippo Valley Christian Mission (HVCM) has been "impacting the Body, the Mind, and the Soul in Zimbabwe and Mozambique since 1956" and we have been a proud sponsor and financial supporter of this Mission since 2016. Their Executive Director, Al Serhal, has spoken at our church over the last several years. Their offices are located on the campus of Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, KY.
